The water industry strongly supports the ongoing efforts of regulators and Government to reform WINEP, and to introduce a WISER that ensures the best possible outcomes for the environment.

This note summarises the high-level views of English water companies on how each of those products might best be shaped. This is intended to support regulators’ and government’s consideration of the way forward as part of recent consultations.
