Industry facts and figures 2013

Until 2011 companies submitted this type of information to Ofwat in their ‘June returns’, and the regulator published the data. In 2011 Ofwat decided it no longer wanted so much information in the returns. However, water companies agreed that in the interests of transparency they would continue to collate and publish this useful information about their operations, their investment and their performance.

Much of this information is already available through different sources such as company annual reports. Such information is provided below.
